We hired Caroline for a private dinner in Alicante, and it turned out to be one of the best food experiences we’ve ever had. From the very first moment she was bubbly, warm and incredibly pleasant – she created a relaxed and festive atmosphere that made the entire evening feel special. Everything she prepared was outstanding. The dishes were beautifully presented and tasted absolutely fantastic. She clearly has great professional skill, excellent taste, and a real talent for putting together a menu that both surprised and delighted us. Every single dish was perfectly executed and delicious – we just sat there enjoying every bite. On top of the culinary side, she was a wonderful host.
